I have order a vivo v17pro mobile ... Then Neeraj kumar calling me and said to me that "Curir charge Rs 520 " Then I send rs 520/- in phonepay number 8930827675 ... Then said security charge rs 4999/- then I send... He said to me repited amont 4000+999+2981...I am send that but I don't understand he is fraud because he said to me that he is an army officer....Please help....
