Faking the news of having a scooty which is named on another person and fraud in the name of pre-dep

I am Rik Ghosh from Kolkata, West Bengal. I got a number of a man named Arajit Roy(which is actually not) from a garage boy for finding a second hand scooty for my sister. I contacted this person on 20 th july morning for the details of the scooty that is Honda Activa 125 which is being priced as ₹19500 from this man and he identifies himself as a Bengali man but working for the Indian National Army in Ranchi. He told me that he would deliver the scooty by next day 8:00 am in the morning if I deposit the amount of ₹4120 in the google account named Manjeet Kumar send by him mobile no: 9675133479 for the transportation cost of transport department of army. As per the given conditions my sister paid him the given amount and also provided him her Adhar card details and a photo of her. He provided all the documents of the scooty and it seems to be very much perfect. But the next day morning he called me and told me to deposit ₹9120 again, I denied saying that he didn’t told me this about this amount before getting the scooty, back last night. But he was constantly urging for it if we have to get the scooty delivered. The delivery would be done by a guy named Vikas Patel who is also from INA as per the owner said me and this Vikash also called me to pay the amount immediately or else he will not deliver the scooty. After this under suspecting I phoned him and canceled the order but in turn he threatened me to give the 9120 amount or else he will file a case against the adhar card of my sister provided by us. After this I checked the olx add and this same scooty having the same documents of the owner named Arajit Roy is being mentioned and there the actual price is 56k. So it is clear that the fraud which I thought him to be the owner is not the real Arajit Roy and he had faked all the documents compelling those to be his and he also send me the documents of this Vikash Patel so that they could gain a faith.

So we are urging to check this problem faced by us asap. We hope you of taking some strict action against this fraud group creating this mess and clearly snatching others add and providing to customers.
