OLX fruad and paid rs 1550 and not getting refund

Sir one Activa 125 is having solding in OLX and then I ordered it from the dealer and they say the transport fee is 1550 and that I have to pay then sir in the dilevery agent say the gps signal lost and vagera vagera then saying give 7250 to have gps signal then I refuse that I don't want anything so he say I have my cisf I'd and addhar card
So i say to him that give your I'd proof the he send his detail but the detail is fruad so help me sir plz 9772894644 no of the fruader
