•I am Kumar Himanshu Shekhar and i work in armed forces and these kind of incidents really makes me feel cheated and betrayed.I had booked Flat No. 104, Upper Ground Floor (Project No. P-22), which was to be constructed by DPWHO on Dwarka Sector-16B, New Delhi, on 07-01-14.
•That, as per the agreement signed at the time of booking the said flat the same was supposed to be ready within 12 to 18 month after booking date.
•I was shocked when i has visited the site a year after the booking to have only found the foundation work done on the site.
•That, after confronting the officials of DPWHO organization several times pursuant to this and not getting any satisfactory answers over the inordinate delay my client was forced to cancel the booking on 01-05-2015
I had paid a sum of 9 Lakh rupees out of which only 5 lakhs had been returned that too after 8 months and for the remaining money i have been running around for more than 18 months now. Now not even getting the reply.
