Loan against insurance payment till now i dont have given any loan amount also not return my payble

Hi Sir/Mam,

Last year july 2018 i give a call from miss shreyasi regarding loan against insurance & shes inform me she is a employee of tata capital. as per discussion 1st time i will pay 20900/- for insurance policy payment. after one month i will received all the paper for kotak bank.Then i will share my policy no for loan apply purpose. after few days shreyasi madam inform me again pay rs. 16334 for processing fees but after given loan your 16300 amount he will be return. but till now i dont have given any loan amount also not return my payble amount. so many time i will call to miss shreyasi but not response. please help me for this issue.
