Complain for Paytm Deduct Rs 349 of my wallet

My name is amit 26/04/18 wrongly debit from my paytm wallet Rs 349.This payment details only show Reliance jio order #BR000129NLPA Tid-18648698024.
I Have already complain paytm 40 times and mail him 50 times query reference number are 62943876, only Paytm told me Your transaction of Rs.349.0 was processed to Reliance Jio under order BR000129NLPA, as per your subscription. To view or make changes to all linked app or subscriptions on your Paytm account,
But this information is not given properly by paytm.
I can not understanding why this transition details not given by paytm properly .Only given me mail reply again and again Reliance jio order#BR000129NLPA.I have also told paytm kindly send me Reliance jio order details or subscriptions mobile number.But they are not provide me recharge details or subscriptions mobile number.

I have directly contact 20 times and mail 10 times Reliance Jio money , Reliance marchent and Reliance jio customer care.They are not provide me recharge details or subscriptions details of this transaction.They told me this payment is not successful this transaction id please contact paytm customer care they are provide you that transaction details.
Paytm totally Fraud me.
Please help me sir and tell me what should I do..
