I ordered something on paytm for rupees 3008.It was in stock when I placed order. I paid by debit card. They informed me that their seller has confirmed that my order will be serviced. After one they said my order is invoiced. After one day they said your order is packed. They didn't say anything after then. Yesterday they said your order is ready to be shipped.
And now I received a message that they cancelled my order and initiated the refund. 331 has been refunded from them to my paytm wallet. Other amount they will credit in my bank account they said. I know this will take more than 20 days as another refund is still to be credited in my bank they said it 15 days ago. Either I want the product or double the money for wasting my time and using my money.
This order ID is 2626130741.
The another order they initiated refund 15 days ago was 2534771206.
