On 18 Sept 2018 is got message that my ticket no is 5000050979 and on 26 Oct 2018 again I got message that it had been resolved. When I called customer care number regarding this 2-3 times on 180030005678. They are saying that it had been automatically generated by seller or dealer. I have complaint that how appointment can be generated and resolved automatically. By this way they can generate any appointments by the name of customers and resolved by there end only.

No one is solving my complaint that I think it is fraud and scam against customer because if the customer is not getting any service then how it can be resolved. If anyone is in IFB Industries then they can do anything by using customer name and number.

This is Fraud and Scam against customer. Save us from this unusual activity.
