Fraud for not refunding money and worst customer service

I have ordered something on 10 oct from zomato as pickup mode by restraurant when we I get a notification that my food has been prepared and we can pick it from the restraurant when we reached their the restraurant refused to provide the food as they said their is no dough for making pizza and for refund i have to talk to zomato customer service

then I approached to zomato chat where they wasted my 2 hours by chatting and said the food is ready now you can pick it from the restraurant but i refused and asked for refund

still requesting and explaining so many times in last they said that there was a fault from our side and you will get the refund by 48 hours

today when its more than 48 hours and i have not recieve my refund and not any text or notification regarding refund or order cancellation they are saying that we have not receive any amount from you

this is a fraud neither they are refunding my money instead they are just torchering me by giving each and every time a new excuse for not refunding the amount

please help me as this is happen with me today i dont know with how many people they are doing the same thing
