Great holiday club complain unable to provide services as committed

During selling their membership they have made some promises that they have the properties all over India where we can plan our holiday trip. and when we called on customer care number for the booking they have denied to give services where we are planning to visit, saying that we don not have any properties over there to provide you any service.

please help.
