Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note that the website of DREAM11.COM was not working yesterday for some time. So I have made a call at number +917358802484 (I have found this number of Dream11 customer care on the website). Mr. Avinash Kumar (may be it fake name) has picked my call and said my account is blocked and he will refund my money and so he asked me all the secret details of my bank ATM card (number/PW/CVV, OTP etc) and has transferred Rs.4997/- from my account to his account fraudulently. The SMS I received from him was "YOUR OTP PASSWORD FOR E-COMMERCE REGISTRATION/TXN IS ...633 FOR INR 4997.00 AT PAYU PAYME" and I have told him OPT as asked by him and the amount was deducted from my account. Even again we received another SMS for Rs.10000/- that has to transfered in his YESBANK, but this time I didn't tell him OTP.

Therefore, I would like to request you please try to find the owner of this contact number +917358802484 who has done such fraud and try to refund my money ASAP.
