This is to file a official complaint against Mr G S Talwar (8447239909) property pocket J&K 122 B Dilshad Garden Delhi 110 095.

Wherein he entered into the virtual contract with me (Nitin Dogra) for rent out his property for the sum of Rs 13500 pm (rent) virtually after receiving an interim amount of Rs 5000 on behalf of real estate dealer MR Mahesh Sharma(9910095601)lshad Garden on.

However both the gentelemens didn`t made his as per the agreed requirements.
