House Hold materials Fraud by EURO LOGISTICS

Dear Sir / Mam,

I booked my House Hold materials through M/s Euro Logistics India on dt. 01.05.2019 from Kolkata to Bolpur. It was cleared to them that i am ready to Pay GST as i need Original Invoice, Money receipt and Packing List copy at time of delivery as i need to claim the same. M/s Euro Logistics India accepted the my terms and conditions and ready to transport the same at Rs. 15120/- (Including GST). While i reached my delivery location it is found that they dont have original copy of Invoice, Packing List and Money Receipt. I asked that driver to arrange those paper then only i will pay the amount. The driver said that i am not authorized to produce all those documents and if i not get my payment i will simple return back those hose hold and next time i will come with those materials and i am ready to take any responsibility if any misled or theft. I called immediately to the agent and after long conversation he is ready to dent me the Scan Copy of documents and Assured me to deliver original paper through courier. After that i found that agent is not responding my queries and not even received my call. But some how i make them under stand that we need those paper on urgent basis and finally we got original Paper also. Those paper was on the name of different agency i.e. OM TRANSPORT CORPORATION. I asked them that we need paper in the name of M/s Euro Logistics India only as we have paid my GST amount to them and we need same documents to claim. They denied to arrange and give threatening us as we are asking for Original Paper. Please highlighted this issue to the public bcz they are cheating with Government and customer.
