Fraudulent activity bu ekart associate.

Fraud Complaints Complaint Date: March 5, 2023
I had booked a return of a Resist Brand eyewear, which I had bought from Myntra, because of size issues.
THE EKART associate took it from me and left in the afternoon of 4th march 2023.

But in the evening I got the following message:

Pickup Rejected (product mis-matched): Pickup of RESIST EYEWEAR Unisex Black... with tracking ID MYNR0025984019 from myntra.com has been rejected. Contact myntra.com CS for further assistance. Click to give feedback: http://fkrt.it/lXfk59uuuN Ekart.

I tried calling on the no of ekart 07961730303.

But couldn't connect. I searched on the net and found it to be in the name of Rajendranagar hub instacart services pvt ltd. Indore madhya prades. They have a rating of 1.4!!!.


I want refund of my money.

    I had a parcel to return, one delivery guy came at my address from ekart and took the return. I can share the number from which i got a call for pickup. Eventually after 2 days another guy came for pickup of the parcel. How can I return the same product twice. I trusted it being from authentic ekart contact number but later i got no information from that guy.
