Fraud army boy on OLX, i saw an add on olx of mobile, and i contact that person

i saw an add on olx of mobile, and i contact that person, he told me that i m in army, and here smart phone are not allowed, so he want to sell his phone, and he also send me his document of army boy, i trust on him, we have a deal of Rs. 5000, he told me to pay Rs.1080 through Paytm, i pay it on his paytm no. 7413981129 and after 3 hours he told me to Pay Rs. 2000 as half payment as rules of army and couries boy is on road, so agin i pay Rs. 2000 on same number, but after courier boy told me to pay remaining payment and then after army person will allow me to give your parsal, but i refused then he send me his document for trust, i again trust on him and i pay the remaining amount of Rs. 1920, but still i have not received my parsal(mobile), Person whom i deal with name Sanjay singh(9725525574) and Courier Boy Waseem Pasha(7339893319)
