We are indian citizen and applied with "sunraise overseas" and second office is "pratham consultancy same onwer: situated at vadodara for an employment opportunity to canada.
The procedure for this application started in Augast 2017 and all our application was approved and the consultancy asked us both to pay 90, 000 inr against the whole procedure.

In the month of augast 2017 we personally visited the consultancy and we had in a bond paper made written agreement and paid the above full mentioned amount.

The consultancy promised us the sinp approval would be completed in four months, but from the time we paid the amount and returned, under the care of the consultancy a lawyer named erik called us from canada and stated the process is going on. We were also given online user id and passwords to review our applications. But each day we kept checking there was no update.
As per the promise of the consultancy for four months we have been patiently waiting for an update and they have never given us even one call or update neither do they pick our calls when we call them. We send several messages and emails and there is no reply.

After waiting four months from the mid of Aug we keep asking them for an update and after 100 calls we make finally they coolly say we are busy. Thereby few weeks back we told them we are no more interested to continue with the process and please refund our money back. They send us the withdrawal form and we filled and send them email on the 12th march 2018. Until today there is no response.

After continuously calls and pressure we gave them, they promised to make the entire payment during th 25st jun 2018 but, there are not responding on the remaining 90,000 inr.
