Fake samsung 25000 amh power bank and 64GB memory card

I have purchssed samsung 25000 amh power bank and 64GB memory card from flippingoffers.com order dated 11.04.2017 and received on 19.04.17.But after using these two i think these are fake.Powerbank give only 30% charge to mobile and memory card have some copy problem.
So,i request to the apropriate authirity that please look after the matter.
