Dear Sir/Madam,

Subject: - Cheating /fraud case / Non refund of money complaint against M/s. VMC Realtors and Developers Pvt. Ltd.

I am Mrs. Kavita Tayade resident of Dombivli, I had invested money in M/s.VMC Realtors and Developers Pvt. Ltd (Vison emall Corporation ) for 4 NA plot (area 1076 sqft each) at Shahapur, My Booking Id is 118330 (Project name – VMC City Annex).

The Scheme was to pay booking amount of Rs. 10000 initially, post that pay Rs.1000 for 5yrs and remaining Rs.30000/-at the time of registration. I had booked around 4 plots for myself and around 8 other plots for my relatives and friends, total 12 plots. I was told that because of this large plot booking I will get one more complementary plot. Mr. Ganesh Patil (Mob no- 9594363470 & Email id – ganesh.patil76@yahoo.in) & Mr. Ravi Kattakam (Mob no- 9320207527 / 9867807527 & Email id-ravik_vmc@yahoo.com) were in touch with me. They used to collect money from me, sometimes cheque and sometimes cash, they used to provide the receipts for the amount collected.

But because of the delay in plot allotment, I visited the VMC office and I was shocked to know that these people are fraud. There were many people like me who were coned by VMC. They even started new company called M/s. Krishna Bulidcon Pvt. Ltd as people become aware of VMC fraud. I had submitted the letter of cancellation to them and requested them to refund my money. Instead on money, I was handed over the schedule of full and final settlement with amount Rs.181350 only (against actual amount of Rs. 229350/-). After enquiry I was told that Mr. Ganesh Patil has not submitted Rs.48000/ collected from me to VMC. Hence the amount is reduced. They said the Mr. Ganesh Patil is also absconding.

After follow-up I was given an option to pay some more amount and book the flat in their upcoming project in Shahpur or wait for 3 months. I rejected the same and asked them to refund my money. Till now I have not receive the amount. They don’t even respond to calls.

Even Grahak March has ruled against the above company and have directed them to pay all the money to investors (pic attached for your reference).

I have submitted complaint letter to CP office thane and at Rabodi police station as well. (Complaint copy attached).

I request you to help me in getting my money back (Rs. 229350/-) and take action against these people.

    I have also booked 2 plots in 2012 in the same scheme.I have paid full amount.Rs.170000/-since 8 years have passed but there is no response from vmc developers and realtors p,ltd so far.They should register plots in my name as per MOU.I am a sr,citizen and I can not go to their office every now and then and God only knows whether they are having office there or not.
