Complain ebay.in online shopping site has done fraud with me

I booked a power bank......and under payment option there was no option for cash on delivery....so I did the payment from my debit card....the amount got deducted from my account to eBay and after 2,3 days I got the mail that your payment is not been received I u have any problem then mail us then I checked my account but the payment was done and the transaction was successful....I did lots of mail to eBay and sent my bank statement to them showing that payment was done but ther was no reply from their side now this complaint is my only hope to get my money back ......and another issue is that I ordered a smart watch and a Bluetooth headset from eBay it came 10 day after it was supposed to be delivered..... And after taking such a long time the Bluetooth is not even working....it's really a very fraud online shopping website...pls help me I am attaching my banks mini statement in That u can see that red color shows the transaction done and in that 369 is given to eBay u can see that below the amount
