Complaint against BANK MITRA CSP regarding taken money for bank csp registration

Bank mitra CSP has communicated to me regarding to registration of bank csp but they have provided registration process with charges 2400 and bank approval charges 12500/ which I have paid but they have asked more money after regular intervals to collect investested money Rs 265000/. Finally I hv cacelled process but they have not refund money
