I had made a purchase of malboro cigarettes in the month of April by making a payment of 1100 rupees. After repeated calls, the customer support lady told me they are out and post that I have sent some 25 mails and called multiple times and the same customer service lady asked me for my account number and since then neither have they refunded miney, nor are they picking my call or responding to my mails
