I was in Kerala for holidays, & on 10/10/19 was my scheduled (indigo 6E-676) flight back to Kolkata from Thiruvananthapuram, Terminal 1. Near Gate No.2 there is a shop name 3SIXTY5, from where i purchased a sleep shade 726 costing Rs.830/- and i tried to pay by using my AXIS Bank debit card. The sells girl swiped my card twice, and both of the time their card machine showed "purchased reversed-cancelled-transaction failed' due to in their language bad network. But i have been informed by SMS from my bank that the two times of the above costing, i.e., Rs.830 x 2= Rs. 1660/ has been deducted from my account. I confront them to returned back my deducted money. They assured me to revert back and wait for 24 hours. Due to lack of time, I was unable to stick there. Back home Its been two days now. When i call them they make lie stories, and fraud assurances like - we have already reverted back the money, call your bank customer care, let me check, i will get back to you(which they don't), blah blah blah, lies. They have cheated me and tactfully stolen my hard and sweat money. The managers name are Jason-8606857340, shajil-9633859026 (evolve business ventures)
