CLUB JIVA fraud complain with Holiday Kart Pvt LTD (Club JIva),

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have been registered for the Holiday Kart Pvt LTD (Club JIva), membership on 05th May 2018 in Mount Abu (Raj). As Club Jiva did not answer any of our concern after even Six days, we request you to help us to cancel the membership.
Holiday Kart Pvt LTD (Club Jiva) members are mentally torturing us.

1. It was decided that Club Jiva will deduct Rs. 1,00,000 in 12 month (by EMI and the monthly EMI will be not more than Rs. 8333.3), due to some technical problem however Club Jiva Have illegally charged Rs. 60,000 on my credit card in single slot.
2. The information given by Holiday Kart Pvt LTD (Club Jiva), was fully deliberately fabricated and was not truth at all.
3. We were hypnotized and were came under influence of club Jiva representatives which they did for their While payment through payU gateway I tell them to opt EMI option. But due to technical issue, transaction was failed. they again try and not opt the EMI option and make a payment of Rs. 60,000 on my Credit card in one time.
4. Importantly, we came to know about the bad reviews about this Club Jiva and how fraud it is after taking the membership.

5. Representative of Club Jiva did not give us true information about club Jiva, the information we got was their marketing and own financial interest.

So, we wish to cancel our membership and request you to help us to get fully refund the charges we paid against it.
I herby, confirm that we have not at all used any services from this club.
