I took my family and friends for lunch to the Sonotel Restaurant on 18th August 2017, hoping to celebrate a happy occasion. But, the food proved to be so bad that our mood for celebration was completely spoilt. We ordered a vegetarian starter (Cheese balls) in the beginning only. After having few of them, we found a large and very visible WORM in a ball. We felt like to walk out from there, but it was a planned celebration of me, so we could not. Anyhow, we thought to continue and look forward, they self-admitted that whole lunch will be from their side. But after completing our food, they got the complete bill. We were totally pissed off. We simply paid the bill and gave a poor feedback. It was a shame for me that I opted their facility for our celebration. Therefore the occasion was spoilt and the manager was in no way apologetic for it. Kindly take the required actions if you feel that I am a genuine customer.
