Something unhygenic inside Bonn Bread Slices - Bonn bread

On June 19th I purchased Bonn bread from one of the nearby shop. In morning (June 20th) during breakfast initially I ate 3 slices of it as I was not aware of this unhygienic thing inside the slices and when I picked next slice I noticed this damn thing in center of each slice but at that time already 3 slices were in my stomach. To keep myself ok from any mis-happening I tried to vomit out the slices that I ate.

I have attached the pictures which shows the lot number also. My request to these people atleast don.t play with life/ health of people.

Even the same thing was e-mailed to their customer care but there is no response from them.
