Serving burnt and unhealthy food & use of low quality products

This is regarding my order for FreshMenu placed on 7th and 13th June 2017.
I am complaining regarding the quality of food provided by FreshMenu. They have served me burnt burger once. The next time I ordered potato wedges and a few wedges had black bits/dots that were very hard. I googled further, and the intake of such potatoes are very harmful and are due to diseased plants!
Serving such quality food is unacceptable! It could cause food poisoning or even worse.
Furthermore, the amount of money paid is very high for such low quality, disgusting, harmful food served by FreshMenu! I had to get my health checked after consuming the food so that I did not develop any kind of allergy or food poisoning.
This is my first experience ever wherein I was served such low quality food which is so harmful for consumption!
I emailed the venture and they reply back saying someone will attend the issue and I am still waiting to talk to someone professional who can actually understand!
Pathetic and worst experience of my life ever! I have travelled all over India and never ever have I confronted food that is served burnt and bad!

IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FOR FRESHMENU TO KNOW THAT SERVING HARMFUL FOODS/ OR EXPIRED FOOD/ OR BURNT FOOD IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE! PLAYING WITH OUR LIVES LIKE THIS IS MADNESS! FOR ONCE, IT IS OKAY TO SERVE COLD FOOD OR FOOD THAT IS DELIVERED LATE! BUT THIS! IS JUST PATHETIC!
Also, to add up, their delivery boy called me asking if he can change status to delivered although he was 10 mins away from my delivery location !
