Restaurant provided a fake product

My name is Manoj and I had ordered Pineapple juice through Zomato from Shanti Sagar restaurant, Uttarahalli, Bangalore and I got pineapple flavour sugar syrup instead of fresh juice which I had ordered. This is completely fraudulent and cheating the consumer they had charged me 60 rupees for the Pineapple juice. If I order in the night it doesn't mean that the restaurant can give whatever they want this is completely cheating they have no respect for the consumer of whatsoever. Who knows how they have prepared this and whether this is consumable or no. I request someone to take a serious action against the restaurant so that they won't do it again. Zomato have provided me the refund of rupees 60 but I don't need money, I want a strict action to be taken against the restaurant because this is really not acceptable.
