Highly irresponsible and unprofessional, I have ordered a chicken Biryani from Zomato.

I have ordered a chicken Biryani from Zomato. The delivery executive got it in a loose polythene . There was no packing . Also there was cutlery . I have been trying to contact the Zomato but there is no response from there side .it's been more than an hour . I want to raise this issue against them of this misbehavior and unprofessionalism from their side.
