Dear Sir
Pls note that I have purchased the below items from Haldiram Outlet ,Shipra Mall Indirapuram ,Ghaziabad ( UP) on 24th Jan 16 at 2 pm…
- Rasmalai-40 nos
- Rasgulla- 6 nos
- Chum chum- 2nos.
When I served Rasmali on 25th Jan evening at 7 pm the same was not in eatable condition…Offcourse the items were kept in fridge. After that I have visited Haldiram outlet at Shipra mall ,discussed with manager & returned the Rasmalai …The manager has taken my name & mob number & assured me that I will get the revert & best possible will be done to close my case. After that till now I have not received any revert ..Even I have clearly mentioned to the manager that if the case does not get resolved then I will raise the voice in media & consumer forum as well..Pls look in to this & arrange to reimburse me Rs 1440/- asap..I am enclosing the snaps of the items along with payment slip …I have not kept the bill.
