A retailer in our locality has been overcharging us for many items like extra charges for cold drinks, milk for refrigeration; also sells expired products like bread to kids & refuses to take back when returned. On top of that, he refuses to give bills for any such purchase & dares us to complain in consumer forum.

    I buy a limca 600ml... The retailer ask me to pay rs 40... But when I check the print rate of the same it was rs 32.. When I ask him about the same then he reply that it is bus stand's rate..

    Selling poor quality mobile covers at high price by Stephen mended:

    Vinod Collection a mobile retail shop in near Thane East Railway station sells cheap mobile covers at high rate. He has cheated me and when confronted told me that he would get another better quality product. But he charged me again for the new piece. Pl don't patronize that shop.
