I have purchased a bb Royal Organic - Whole Wheat Atta 5 kg on 04.12.16 from bigbasket. On 26.12.16 while I opened
it for making chappatis, I found it to be very old stock, expiry date is also not mentioned in
the pack. Moreover there are insects in the white flour.
I contacted bigbasket customer care but their reply is pathetic.. they are saying that they have closed the Madurai unit and can't do anything.. clearly they have cheated the customer s by throwing of the old obsolete items on the customer s before closing their unit..
