I would like to bring to your notice the poor food quality and non hygiene food Tawa Tamancha Restaurant kolkata have given through Zomato I had ordered 2 plate Rajma rice from Tawa Tamancha Zomato Kolkata Rajma was smelling very badly as it was rotten and after eating that food I got I'll and I want my money refund back from Tawa Tamancha . And when I call in that restaurant they told me sorry mam it was our mistake and from next tym it will not happen .And I asked them to return my money sorry mam we will not give .second food I Ordered frm this Restaurant that was cheese paratha instead of cheese they had gvn nrml partha and cheese corn sandwich that was rotten they are fooling customer by giving poor service and unhygienic food.i don't know why Zomato give them to order in their they are fooling people and they giveing rotten food to people .very bad .and I have written review in Zomato app of that Tawa tamancha and they have not Responded yet.what they promise they don't deliver hygienic food to customer.i request you to take a strong action against this .
