Fungus Found in Motherdairy Yoghurt

I have purchased a Strawberry flavour Curd of Mother Dairy make on 29 Jan'16. While eating the same on 4th Feb'16 we have found a big fungus in the cup. This is really a big blunder. Very big concern as that curd was supposed to be consumed by my pregnant wife.
Very serious concern, so immediate action is required.
