Did not get the food which was promised and poor quality of food

Hello,
Yesterday, i went to kadhai tadka restaurant a unit of bharat fortune resorts pvt ltd. i went there to celebrate me parents anniversary. I went there with my complete family and ordered a buffet for 20. They told me that they will arrange the same on their first floor hall. I strictly told them, to give us the service which you have promised and if not please let us know because the restaurant was full and there was a party going on there too, when we went there the arrangements were not good but we compromised and after that they were not able to serve the food that they promised, they didn't gave as the starters as promised by them, as they told as that all the stock have been finished, we argued with them but they were not even listening to us. They just gave as the stale food that they have. in the starters, the spring rolls were frozen, there was so much access of chili in chili paneer and nobody was there to listen to us but as it was a family function, i did not utter a word. and after that they arranged the main course at the first floor itself, where again they were not able to serve what they have promised to us. They again gave us the stale food and not even the complete one, as they have promised us for 7 main course meal. This is the whole story. at the end the manager came and said sorry to us and accepted his mistake and forced as to pay the complete bill.
As a conclusion i want my refund as i do not want to pay for anything which is not worth and put the bad effect on our health as when i reach home,i vomited just because of the food poisoning that i had after eating the stale food that i have eaten.
The manager were very rude as he was keep telling us that i do not know about the food, everybody had eaten and now the complete bill has to be paid.
i am totally dissatisfied with the services as they spoiled my family function and now simply i want refund from them.
I want you to help me out and take strict action against them and help me out for getting out my refund.
