regarding desi ghee complent forward to tha company on behalf of mr. ANKIT LAKHOTIA response from tha distributor and A.S.M.visited at our point the result of inspection by the distrubuterand a.s.m was as follows:
1.The product was found defective as the product content solid white hard compound which is not a part of desi ghee
2.After heating the compound get desolved and with in few minutes the substance reappres in the same form it was.
3.The white substance may be the impurity or waste bi product of butter
4.The product may be harmfull to our family.

TO THE RESPONCE THE DISTUBOTOR AGGRED FOR LAB TESTINGING AND ASSURED THE ISSUE WILL BE GET RESOLVED IN 2 TO 3 DAYS. OTHER WISE THE ISSUE WILL BE CARRYFORWORED TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITY OF PATANJALI.
