Complaint on Rotten and poor quality of food

I would like to bring it to your notice that we are extremely disappointed by the service provided by Domino's Pizza, N.R pet, Eluru(Andhra Pradesh). My brother had taken pizza's at 9.00pm on 06/02/2023 and taken it to home.

The pizza base was smelling sour smell and cheese was smelling bad while having bite. So, we decided to return pizzas and went there by that time it was closed . And we don't know how to complain and where to go.

On next day we had went there by taking those pizzas and bill with it. We complained regarding it. But staff weren't responding and our experience with them was bad.

So, i would request you to please take necessary action on them and do the help of refunding the amount of 483.44 Rupees as soon as possible.
