Dear Sir,

I am International consumer, purchased Parle Gluco biscuits ( Food Product )from local market, California, USA. I am regular consumer/purchaser of Parle Gluco biscuits.

After opening I found & observed defective food product which is unsafe for health.

Generally, this food product is consumed by children to Seniors and this product is “ Unsafe ” for their health.




Therefore, I hereby request you to revoke the Certificate, hold the export of Food Products immediately.

Further, I request you to carry-out inspection for the following:

1) Quality of water used by sub vendors/sub-contractors at various locations in India.

2) Quality of milk used by sub vendors/sub-contractors at various locations in India.

3) Quality of RBD Palm Oil used by sub vendors/sub-contractors at various locations in India.

4) Verify Nutrition Facts as labeled on packing wrapper

Last year, I have also lodged the complaint with manufacturer, where the manufacturer, absolutely failed to maintain quality food products.

** I have already lodged the - e-mail complaint with local marketer and US Importer of the said product, till the date I have not received reply.

Basically, Parle Products Pvt. Ltd; do not manufacture in house. Generally all the food products are manufactured by sub vendors/sub-contractors at various locations in India, where Parle co. does not have proper hold for inspection, Quality of products and safety of food products.

Parle Products Co. bears global certification such as FSSC: 22000 & ISO: 22000

Parle Co. does not have ISO: 9001 certification for manufacturing activity. It clearly indicates that Parle Products, itself do not manufacture in house. They buy/purchase from sub-vendors/sub-contractors who does not have proper Total Quality Management system, non-awareness of “ Food Safety ” regulations.

Further, I request you to carry-out inspection/laboratory test for the following:

1) Quality of water used by sub vendors/sub-contractors at various locations in India.

2) Quality of milk used by sub vendors/sub-contractors at various locations in India.

3) Quality of RBD Palm Oil used by sub vendors/sub-contractors at various locations in India.
