Cockroach in my Soup! ordered food from the food court / executive Lounge in the domestic airport.

Myself and four family members ordered food from the food court / executive Lounge in the domestic airport. My father and I ordered tomato soup however, when my soup arrived to my horror I could see a cockroach floating on top. I showed it to my family who alerted the staff. He took it away but we all were so horrified, we could not eat anything else. The staff member then said to us quite rudely, "It's not like I lifted the cockroach and pit it in the soup!". My mother in law asked him why he had no respect. Then my own mother pointed at all the cockroaches around the floor. He did not care or offer any sort of apology. We will most certainly not be recommending this airport for furture travels. This will give me nightmares!
