Cockroach in food

Today one dead cockroach was found in the soup of restaurant of Hotel Parq Estique Pune.

This is the second such instance in the same hotel. The only reply hotel has is, we are sorry.

This is a serious food safety hazard and dangerous to human being. It is requested that strict action may be taken against the hotel as the management doesn't care.
