Stale Lettuce used in Mc Donald’s burger

I ordered meal which included burger and fries from Mc Donald’s Colaba (order number : COL-DL-24-11-2022-354490). After eating a burger I had doubt in the filling and upon checking I found that stale lettuce leaves were put inside the burger.
When I lodged complaint on the Mc Donald’s website I received a call from the mobile number +91 97572 40310 where a lady offered me replacement meal.Upon questioning the quality control of the Restaurant the lady adamantly refused to accept that stale leaves were used deliberately and started offering an explanation. It appeared that restaurant was more interested in offering free replacement rather than accepting the lapses which is totally unacceptable.
