Charged More than MRP

I had taken 3 eatable item from Hotel Western, Mira Road, Western Express highway.
Kurkere - Rs. 20/- Mrp, Hotel Charges Rs. Rs. 25/-
Hide & Seek Biscuit - Rs. 25/- MRP, Hotel Charges Rs. 30/-
Jim Jam Biscuit - Rs. 15/-, Mrp, Hotel Charges Rs. 20/-
On every item Hotel had taken Rs. 5/- extra on per item, So totally he had taken Rs. 15/- extra.
When I asked, why he is taking more than MRP, he replied "hotel ka rules hain".
It is not of this particular hotel, maximum hotels on Highway do this kind things, charging more than MRP.
I am travelling from last 30 years on this route Mumbai to Nathdwara to Mumbai, Whenever the Bus Halt for Tea, Lunch, Dinner Halt, Hotelier charges extra more than MRP, Reason behind this is Bus Driver Commission, If Hotelier want business form Bus passenger, then Hotelier should pay commission from his profit, why should we bare from our pocket. As passenger doesn't have any other option, so passenger have to pay extra finally. Due to his need thirstyness & Hungryness.
