This is to inform you that I had placed an order of Barbie doll cake 2KG as per my choice in rasmalai flavour for my daughter's 1st Bday cake purchase in your shop Majestic cake shop (Monginis) near iskon temple kondhwa pune 411048 dated 15.08.2021.
I have an issue regarding cake quality, because the quality is not as per my order, This is not rasmalai cake, there is no rasmalai flavour, no spongeness with hard cream, and one thing is cream coloured after eating on my hand.
After that i had to call this majestic cake shop person and give him the same cake, after tasting it he said that this cake is not Rasmalai Flavour , after that i have registered a complaint regarding cake quality issue and submitted a copy.
But there is no any single reply from monginis, its very bad experience from monginis.
so refund my cake amount which i have given to shop.
