Taken payment but never ever delivered MILK.

I have ordered 1 liter milk for 30 days

1Liter Blue Nandini Milk and they never initiated to delivery.

Order ID: 200001598 -> I have paid on 01Feb16.

They had deactivated my account also and not responding on call or email. I need refund but unable to even speak something as they had blocked each and every medium of contact of customer.
