24*7 Fresh's bad milk supply of 'Cowboys' milk - demand refund!

This complaint is regarding Invoice # 100002095; Order #100009910; Order date: August 22, 2016 for which my father paid 24*7 Fresh team an amount of Rs.1560/- for the supply of Cowboys milk starting immediately. He received the delivery of milk for 2 days out of first 3 days. 1st day the milk was bad tasting, salty and yellow in colour. 2nd day no delivery was made and the 3rd day it got spoilt on boiling. At this time my father, who is a senior citizen and trusted these guys with his hard earned money, called the delivery guy and requested cancellation.

Since then, between my father and i, we have made multiple calls, wrote various mails not only to Harsh who is the COO, and Chirag who is part of the c-suite for Cowboys but also to Randhir who owns Fresh 24*7. We have got multiple promises from each of these stakeholders for refund of entire money (Rs.1560) on mails and calls but nothing has happened so far.

It seems like an endless chase with no resolution coming to forte as of date.

I request for an enquiry in the dealings of 24*7 fresh as they are duping customers of their hard earned money and a refund of Rs.1560 to my father which is rightfully his at the earliest to put a stop to the angst of a senior citizen!!
