Misbehavior and snatching Vishal Megamart, Moradabad

I, J. D.Ray had visited Vishal Megamart, Moradabad for buying shirt, vest, bag and trays today. First the personnel at Trial counter chewing pawns snatched the shirt away from me and after keeping me waiting for 20 minutes came back and gave me another company shirt with different fit. Then the counter cashier Mr. Saurabh Sharm,when was asked by me about rechecking the shirt price, simply snatched everything and asked the next person for billing. Feeling humiliated and suffering from severe bp, I went to the doc.who advised me rest with lots of medicines. This is simply unacceptable. Is this the way to treat a customer.
