I had done booking throught irctc app via zaakpay pg thrice a time.. Bt the tickets were not booked.. Details are as follows

3)transaction id 100001516813882
Booking date 6th nov 18
The amount that was deducted was 991.86 for each ticket.
Please look into this matter.. Do necessary action
