I have purchased YUREKA AO5510 on 3rd March 2015, and i found some problems in product. So i returned my product to Yureka company and they have provided me other product in replacement. But unfortunately product provided is also damaged and have lots of problems. I have contacted to Mr. VipulKumar Customer Executive of Yureka care. he used very bad language and abused me and not provided exact solutions.
I have asked him to transfer call to his senior authority then he completely refused my request and he disconnected call which is against customer care law.
so i request you to provided me refund of 500000
