Dear Sir,

Regarding: G C # 4267861
Cash Memo Number: 4395456 , 4421086


I have taken services from Agarwal Packers and Movers for transferring my household items from Bhubaneswar to Kolkata. During Transfer due to poor packing and loading and unloading some of the items were damaged and destroyed. I am claiming 38000 against theer same I have done insurance also.As I have claimed on 11th April 2016, till date I have not received any amount for the same.

Request you look into the same and advice me for the same.
