Refund for my admission registration fees of Rs 10,000

I'm from madhya pradesh gwalior, I got enrolled for parul University gujrat for bba analytics where i paid rs 10,000 as for registration fees, but now due to some personal issues i don't want to continue in parul University so i mailed them for refund.
But there is no reply from their side it's been now 7 days and they are not even replying.

Please understand the gravity of the matter.
