Pantscheel Healthcare - No services 3000. Kindly arrange for refund

In spite of various commitment by Mr.Saransh Khanna called by the No.7065509622 I felt cheated at this point. We both agreed to take the services on Rs 6000. But due to service issue i was not sure to take serice or not. Then Executive told me to pay Rs 3000 only & take our services. Once you satisfied then pay balance amount of Rs 3000. he also stated that if you pay by Paytm the 10% cash back will be given. So I pay the amount through paytm. till time I have not received any cash back.They have managed my first cash less visit with Dr.Vishnu So i think this is the geniune company, but very surprising when I sent (through mail & whatsup both) my first reimbursement bill of Rs 8k they have not receiving my calls. There helpline no 9643940668 is never contactable.I have not received any confirmation. Now I really feel cheated by the company executive.This all are fake. Hence kindly take strict action . Now at this stage I don;t want any kind of reimbursement from this fake company. Please arrange to refund my hard earned money of Rs 3000 from these cheaters. Also they have assured that if you do not like our services you can withdraw & your payment will be refunded.hence please help to recover my amount.
